Changing I2C pins

I am using the SparkFun LSM6DS3 Breakout board on a MKRFOX1200 with the "SparkFunLSM6DS3.h" library.
The example sketch call for the following connections:
Connect I2C SDA line to A4
Connect I2C SCL line to A5

I wish to use the default I2C connections on the MKRFOX1200:
SDA = PA08 (D11)
SCL = PA09 (D12)

How do I change these in the code of the example?

if it is hardware I2C the HAL should take care of that... i.e. just select that board in the IDE and wire it up to the specified hardware I2C pins.

I have tried that, but I get no response from the LSM6DS3 Breakout board.
I am using pin A2 on the MKRFOX 1200 for INT1.

Sorted, was a problem with the INT pin. :confused:

Hi Declan, i'm using mkrfox1200 too and Sparkfun Weather Shield that include two sensors: SparkFun HTU21D and SparkFun MPL3115A2. I've the same trouble with I2C communication, can you explain with more detail how you solve this?

Thanks you!
