Hello, I would like to know, when using the Nano 33 BLE, how to change the "sampling rate" of a bluetooth connection?

For example, let's say I'm transmitting IMU data between two Nano 33 BLEs, how can I measure and change the rate at which data is sent via bluetooth?

I understand how to change the actual IMU sampling rate, but I am having trouble figuring out the bluetooth connection sampling rate.
