Changing path for Due compiler

I am having problems running the ARM compiler for my Due board. It is trying to be run from the base location, but that is not allowed by my group policy at work. Everything has to be in a specific folder (.exe files) to be run. I can move it to that folder, but where is the path for the board manager add-ons managed at?

I cannot find them in the preferences.txt file and it does not allow you to set a path when installing from the internet automatically.

Any ideas?
