Charging a Nickle Cadium battery

Is it possible to use a [5V 1A Micro USB 18650 Lithium Battery Charging Board Charger Module+Protection Dual Functions (TP4056) to charge a nickle cadium battery?

No is has the wrong output voltage. I did not lookup your board you linked but 2 things can happen.

1 the board does not charge because of the build in safety feature. The voltage of your NiCad is to low for your charger to statt charging
2 it starts charging and you destroy you NiCad battery.

No.

Wrong voltage.
Wrong charge termination.
Wrong chemistry.

Just so you know, unlike (VERY MUCH UNLIKE) the requirements for charging Li-Ion cells, Ni-Cads are very easy to charge (at least trickle charge), with little more than a power supply whose voltage is > than the NI-Cad pack voltage and a series resistor to limit current.
