I doubt people will take you up on that.
Start with a simple problem. Read the tutorials. Try to solve the problem. If you get stuck post your code on the forum (use the </> tags). If people see that you are making an effort they will try to help.
Your English is not too bad, but Google translate may help you.
Translate from your language to English and then back to your language. Adjust your original text until it makes sense when translated back from English, then post the English.

I doubt an Arduino can even connect to one of such services, simply due to limitations of the processing power and memory available.
Use an Android device instead.

I think the OP is trying to get help on those channels not program the Arduino to use them?
Possibly that is because of language difficulties and he has been pointed towards the other language sections on the forum and also Google translate which is getting very good now.
