Hello , i have question because i want connect wiressly via bluetooth but i dont want buy Smirf it's too expensive and i found on ebay cheaper version of bluetooth - here.
Is it possible android connect with this device or i must buy some better(expensive)?
I bought this device at dealextreme:

It works for serial connection with the arduino but not for programming be course there is no dtr signal for reset.
wireless programming the arduino and using the reset button on the device is not the most useful way wireless 
I bought this one at Sparkfun:
It's SMD so be careful, but just read the documentation and you'll be fine.
Also, if you think your having issues with this board, quick way to see everything is working is to see if PIO5 "blinks" every second.
Also, Roving Networks support is pretty good.
