It is hard to check everything, but so far I see no problem.
There seems to be a resistor for the fingerprint scanner somehow. I don't understand that.
There is also a resistor in the SPI bus to the SD module. If the module is compatible with a 5V system, then that resistor should not be needed.
How are you going to power it ?
If you apply 12V to the DC barrel jack, then the voltage regulator on the Mega board gets too hot.
Well I am using circuito.io, and it should fix any errors by itself and there is a extra wall adapter power supply that is below the usb.
What is the voltage of wall adapter ?
The voltage is 12V. It is type 12VDC 2A.
I see a wiring diagram made from pictures but no schematic.
