I want to make a project with Arduino ATmega to check PTT based radio hand set Automatically. I want to check Mic , Speaker and PTT ..please guide me
Does not really sound like an Arduino project.
To check a radio hand set is operating correctly you would normally use a spectrum analyser.
A PC with a cheap SDR on it could carry out basic checks.

In your first post you said you wanted to check PTT which is push to transmit.
That rather imples you want to check if the radio is actually transmitting.

Did you mean headset?
A headset is headphones + microphone usually, a handset could mean the whole radio.
One way to test mic and speaker(s) simultaneously would be to use a small amp
between them (though this would cause feedback/howlround if not headphones).
