Chip needs analog and digital power. Can Uno supply it?

I'm thinking of using a PGA2311 for volume control. The datasheet says that it needs both analog and digital power, including a -5v line.

Is this possible with the Arduino Uno without having a separate PSU?

Well, it will not use much current to be sure, but the "analog" supplies will require filtering - resistor/ capacitor, and clearly the Arduino does not have a -5V supply anyway.
