Chnage the reference voltage ARDuino DUE

Hi there

I would like to change the refrence voltage to get 2.5 Volt. I thougt at the beginning to use an external voltage source of 2.5 but

I found out that I can use analogReference(type) and then INTERNAL2V56: but somehow it arduino due dosent recogneize it can anyone tell me it it is possible at all to use it with arduino due ?

I believe this isnt the way with the SAM3X.
Gain and offset can be programmed for each analog channel to match a full scale output
see the datasheet..
