I would like to create small object to move a plastic glass imitating someone holding glass and shake it rapidly. (as if beggar hold a glass with coins and shake his hand)
What will be the best motor for doing so?
Maybe a servo motor.
Maybe a DC motor with gearbox and an eccentric mechanism of some kind.
Interesting project but you need to know the mechanical information before you can decide on a motor. How much force will it take to move it. What resources are available such as voltage, current, source of power, etc.
I have no answer for it for the moment. I guess I will need to build something that will hold a glass before try to move it
That is a great idea. After that we can start sizing the control and action portion.
(small) paint shaker as used in paint supply shops.
