I have a Osoyoo Model-3 robot learning kit with osoyoo uno R3. I am trying download the sketch,when it is plugged in via usb cable, the unit has a steady green light and a flashing amber light. When i click for list of device type , there is no uno r3.
Cannot open the Arduino cloud agent installer or the Arduino Linux.

Let's deal with one thing at a time.
Firstly, which version of ChromeOS do you have?
In a terminal Window, with the Uno plugged in, could you run the:
lsusb
command and report back what it shows. Please enclose the resulting text in [CODE] tags.
Also could you run:
ls /dev/tty*
and report what that shows please?
Also, do you have another USB cable to try other than the blue one that may have come with it in the kit?
