Circuit goes haywire outside

I made this circuit and when I take it outside I think The colder temperature causes it to go haywire I am using a 10 uf 25 volt capacitor fujidr it uses frequencys in music to turn relays on and off when I have it indoors it works good but outside the relays start switching erratically . Let me know if there is any info I am missing.

Is it resetting? Are the wires loose? How long are the runs of wire?

You say you suspect the temperature. Does the problem reproduce if you put the electronics in the fridge?

Full circuit and what you mean by "when I take it outdoors" and "goes haywire' might be beneficial to getting a decent answer

OK I found the issue. Its the arduino power supply that I was using when its in colder temperature it causes me the problem. Its a 5 volt cheap cell phone adapter wall wart can anyone suggest a power supply I have one that is 12 volt 1000ma voltage measures 13 volts on a volt meter would it due

If that's the only additional thing attached to your Arduino, then the 12V adapter will be OK. It would only give problems if you had something with a larger draw on the 5V rail.
