Hi folks - I'm trying to model this MOSFET https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/irli520npbf.pdf?fileId=5546d462533600a401535663ef6625bd

(Digikey: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/infineon-technologies/IRLI520NPBF/IRLI520NPBF-ND/811791)

....in Circuitlab.com but I don't see in the datasheet many of the parameters circuit lab seems to want for MOSFETs. Anyone familiar with that tool? I'm a beginner so maybe I'm just missing something?

I don't know if there are many people using circuit lab.

Maybe provide a list of parameters that circuit lab asks for and somebody might be able to point you in the right direction.
