Clone of cyclone box

Hi there!

I own a Nokia phone and I need to unlock it with a cyclone box : http://www.cyclonebox.in/.
I was wondering if it would be possible to emulate one with an arduino because I don't want to buy one only to use it one time. Does anyone know this box and how it works? Is the arduino able to emulate one?

I only know that this box uses an AVR :
