Hmmm... 320 entries, of which 200 are italian, and - according to the initial program proposal - room for 200.
Well, it is only my opinion, but if you want to make this an EUROPEAN event you'll favour the 120 non-italian ones (which have a minumum of Makerfair content/quality).

Well, as this is a first, I presume (hope) they will be more flexible, allowing more people in.
If not, they'll probably just be more selective with Italian submissions,allowing more EU makers in.
I personally submitted a project (I'm Italian) and I hope there will be space for everyone.
Either way i'm coming too.

Front page - Maker Faire Rome - The European Edition - but it has moved down a few postings. And the http://www.makerfairerome.eu/check-out-the-program/ These pages are being updated as the planning proceeds and dates and facts move closer so this is at I read it now.
