Mac OS 15.3.1 Sequoia M3 processor - Having a new problem, everything was working well with the Cloud Editor, then I started getting "Verify Interrupted" today. I saw one other person with the same issue
Please don't shout. I've edited your topic.
Can't help with the problem.
Who can help? Also, I do not understand the "shout" comment. I did not mean to shout (is that because of the !). Apologies if (!) is interpreted as shouting.
Your text was like this
Not like this. The above is considered shouting.
Reason: you started with a # which makes the text a heading.
I have got the same thing on my MacBook Air. My connection is to a known working ESP32 which is accessible via serial monitor so it is connected and I am using a simple known to be OK sketch. Any help would be appreciated.
Further to my previous comment I went through Chrome instead of Safari and it worked perfectly. Not a fix but a usable work around.
Hi All, same issue with a macbookpro M1 and an Arduino Uno R4 since this evening with a sketch that was ok two days ago. Any solution ?
Hi, I agree, but the error is a real subject. If there is no way to solve, I'll stop using Arduino cloud very soon.
Same issue. Will probably leave Arduino Cloud ![]()
Same problem. Started a while ago. Cannot tell if it is related to a Cloud, macOS or Safari update. Running
- Safari 18.3 (20620.2.4.11.5)
- macOS Sequioa 15.3.1
Works fine on Firefox 135.0.1
Hello everybody.I am getting Verify Interrupted error in Arduino Cloud. Agent is installed on my computer. I am a Mac user. What should I do to solve the problem?
@codabas_54, I've merged your topic with an existing topic about the same issue.
I'm not using the cloud so can't assist. But others are using a different browser as a workaround. Not the perfect solution but it might work for you.
Hi all. I apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused by this bug. It has been reported to the Arduino Cloud developers.
I'll let you know if I receive any news from them regarding a fix.
New cloud user here, thought it would be handy to upload OTA and I keep getting a verify interrupted error. Latest Mac OS M1, Safari with a new UNO R4 WiFi... Not sure if I'm doing something wrong because I'm new at this but it seems to be a issue for others...
Hi @mracoker. Thanks to the information shared by other affected users, we know there is a workaround:
So you won't encounter this "Verify interrupted" problem if you use a browser other than Safari.
Once the bug is fixed, you can switch back to using Arduino Cloud via the Safari browser, but for now the workaround will be to use an alternative browser.
Hello again. The Arduino Cloud developers have fixed the bug that caused the "Verify Interrupted" problem. So you can resume using Arduino Cloud with Safari browser if you like.
Please let us know if you still encounter any problems when using Arduino Cloud.
Thanks so much for your valuable reports. I also want to make a special thanks to @neilrcooper and @svedblen for sharing the results of the excellent troubleshooting work you did to find a workaround and determine that use of Safari was a required condition to reproduce the fault. That information was very useful.
Regards, Per
I can now verify
that it works fine again in Safari. Thanks for the fix!
Many thanks for the update.
Amazingly rapid fix.
Best Regards
Neil
