I would need to have remote access from different computers (at home, outside, work) to a mapped network drive - cloud, where I will have thousands of files.
I'm trying OneDrive, but no matter how hard I try, it would take 10 hours to upload the current 7500 files there and it still always hangs. Wedos disk is limited to 5000 files and Google Disk does not allow disk mapping so that two computers are connected.
Can you advise?
Upload time has nothing to do with the host. It's limited by the available network bandwidth.

There is also the WEB EDITOR that allows you to bulk upload but beware that you need to have all your files in order before you do as it will reject any that do not meet correct standards.

What is disk mapping in your case? In Windows Google disk can be used with disk letter for example F:\
