I built a cnc laser using nema 17 and Arduino r3 20mm pitch belt, I have no problems using it so as another project I thought I'd build a cnc plasmas table, using nema 23's.tb6600 motor controllers and 16mm c7 linear ballscrews I can not get it to go very fast speed limit, every time i touch the Arduino it fries, every pcs is grounded how can they be so similar and yet so apart, I really like the Arduino for the cnc part,im using universal g code sender on the laser she hauls ass to my setting but as soon as I hook it up to the the ball screws thats when thing go crazy,i ran an additional ground to the Arduino , no it whine and goes very slow, not even increasing feed rate doe it change please help 5 blowen cards and one mad wife! LOL
