CNC Shield with Servo

Hello,
I have an old CNC Router, with Globe Motors 537A480 (Voltage: 30.3).Which as far as I can tell are servo motors.

So, my question is can I use an Arduino Uno + CNC Shield V3 with this motors or I have to switch on Nema 23.

I have lost the electronics box of the CNC so i can’t use the original configuration.

Thanks in advance.

The CNC shield is set up for 4 stepper motor drivers of the A4988 or DRV8825 type. At best those drivers are capable of handling 2A per phase (with careful cooling). If the NEMA 23 motors need more current, you will have to get better stepper drives, so the CNC shield would be useless.

What motor drivers do you have for the existing motors? Maybe they could be controlled by an Arduino? Can you post a link to the datasheet for the existing drivers?
