Run some G-code that moves the cutter from one corner of the bed to the diagonally opposite corner whilst lifting the cutter from just above the bed to its highest position. All 4 steppers will be running and taking current. Measure the output voltage during the run using a DVM
Before you ask, no, I do not have the G-code to do that
