CO2 Alphasense NDIR sensor (IRC-A1/AF) + ARDUINO UNO + 12VDC Power source

Hello experts,

I am new to Arduino and would like to connect a CO2 Alphasense NDIR sensor (IRC-A1/AF) to one of the Arduino Analog Inputs (A0 to A5), powering everything with a 12VDC power source. The sensor has 4 pins, (+n/p-/GND/UTN). I am a little bit confused with wiring and schemes.

Any advice on this?
