Code explication flight simulator mpu6050

Hi guys,
I found a project of Flight Simulator using an MPU-6050 Motion Sensor, in a blog DIY Flight Instruments for Horizon and Compass - Arduino Project Hub so now I want to understand the code in details, I want to understand the algorithm using in this project, the simulation is done by the processing software. So guys I wish you explaine me the coding using here.

yes it works, but I told you that I found it in a blog so I dont know the algorithm using in it , that why I asked if you can read the program and make me understand how it works or what is the algorithm using.
