We have a flap controller for a BD5J that is custom built for us with a arduino mini as the controller . We are unable to reach the gentleman who made these for us, and we are having issues with the code.
The first issue we currently have is when we start at 0 flaps when we use the HOTAS switch it does not extend at all, unless we use the emergency flaps switch to break it free from 0.
The second issue is we are unsure what the values for the different degrees of flaps are, they do not seem to be a voltage unless those are mV, which if those are they make no sense as the voltages for 0 is 4.98v, 15 deg is 3.124v, 30 deg is 1.226v and 45 deg is 0.095v. Those readings are from pin A1.
If anyone can help out with this it would be much appreciated.

Do you have some sort of circuit diagram showing what's connected? What specs do you have on the motors being driven?
So it was working fine and now it’s stopped?
Not being able to move in small steps usually sounds like a failing / jammed servo or power circuit issue.
The voltages on the servo should always be the same no matter the position, but it’s pulsing on and off many many times a second which confuses voltmeters.
Can you plug in a unmounted servo and see if it behaves correctly without any linkages?
I can get circuit diagrams at work tomorrow. Servo motor is fine it has never worked, the way it was supposed to. This issue is happening to all our bd5j with this box installed. The other reason it can't be the servo is that using the emergency flaps switch breaks it free to whatever the limit is set too, and then the HOTAS works. This again happened to all jets this is installed on and has never worked right but only that first notch to 15 degrees. The circuit diagrams I would prefer not to have all over the internet, I know pm someone is frowned on but can I send those privately?
