Code for sending emails from an Uno with W5100 through Comcast or Gmail

Looking for code to send an email from an Uno with a w5100 Ethernet shield through Comcast or Gmail so I can be notified of a switch closure/pin state change.

Not looking to use a service or server such as PHP or IFTTT. Would like to use Comcast of Gmail's SMTP server.

I watched a YouTube video and someone suggested Temboo.com to generate the code. (Not familiar with it.)

That would work great IF OP was running his/her own mail server.

Most ISPs do not support sending emails from computers unless the computer is using SSL. The Arduino can not use SSL.

Thanks for the replies. I thought Comcast didn't require SSL if you were on a Comcast network. After researching on Comcast's web site I found SSL is required.

Back to the drawing board.
