You may want to recheck your budget, $150 would not cover the cost of the protype hardware and setup.
Hi, a prototype is not required, I have a debugging board, I just need a code that, when powered, will transmit the parcel to the can network. Do you need a prototype and debugging to light an LED in your project?, just write a blink, ports, and so on. There are no difficulties here, you just need to know the programming language.

If it were as you said, then you would already have solved the problem. As you did not that's prove that it is not so trivial as you make others believe. In that context "performer" translates to "inexperienced noob willing to take the bait". As you have already been looking for a week for such a highly qualified person it's most unlikely anybody will fall for it. Yust my 2¢.

The difference between a performer and a programmer lies in their roles, skills, and how they interact with their respective mediums. Which do you want?
If it were that simple you could have written the code in less time then you have spent asking for a programmer.
