code for two Motors on my avoidance robot with Arduino

I have an avoidance robot with the ping sensors (not at that point yet)
I have assembled and coded the servo motor on the ping sensors.(works well)
Now I would like to make the two motors move!!
I am using an H board and breadboard I have an Arduino uno I am very new to this
Please be gentle

Hi sorry bout the confusion
I have an Arduino uno..Ive never used them before. I have got an H bridge,which I used to success on Raspi pi. but prefer the uno.
I wanted to simply move a dc motor, 2 wires,
I can get it to run non stop, presume the program is not picking up the pin I have attached, because it doesn't delay or
stop on high or low..I use a basic breadboard.
Could you please advise me
I need it simple.

You should either describe exactly how everything is connected or draw a diagram and/or take a picture.

just one motor will do!!!
Hi in response to last reply asking me to be clear on problem.

I connect one lead from motor to pin number 9 on breadboad
I connect on e lead from arduino pin 9 to pin 9 on breadboard above lead from motor
I connect second lead from motor to pin 11 on breadboad
I connect one lead from arduino pin 11 to pin 11 on breadboard above lead from motor
I connect lead from negative pin on arduino to negative strip on breadboard
I connect lead from 5.5v positive pinon arduino to positive strip on breadboard
I connect lead from negative strip on breadboard to pin 11 o breadboard below lead from motor
I connect leads from positive strip to pin 9 on breadboard above lead from arduino.
int leftMotor1 = 9;
int leftMotor2 = 11;
int leftPin1=leftMotor1;
int leftPin2=leftMotor2;

void setup()
{
pinMode(leftPin1=9, OUTPUT);
pinMode(leftPin2=11, OUTPUT);

}
void loop()
{
digitalWrite(leftPin1, HIGH);
delay(1000);
digitalWrite(leftPin2, LOW);
delay(1000);

digitalWrite(leftMotor1, LOW);
digitalWrite(leftMotor2, LOW);

}
the motor just runs its seems as if it is not receiving commands from the pins
Please help
Im such a newbie
