code help RGB Remote Control SparkFun Electronics

Can someone help me with my code I have tried everything and im new to code so I got the sparkfun ir kit.

What's the problem? What's your question?

Why do you have two setup()s?

I have tried everything

Except showing us the exact error messages.

Have you got it down to one setup function and one loop function yet?

A link to the original code would probably help. It would als be good to know what the OT wants the code to do and what the code does that's not expected.

I'm going to guess the required libraries haven't been installed.

We may never know. This guy ain't real talkative about what the problem is. I hope he wasn't expecting anyone to help track down errors if he ain't gonna post them.
