Okay i found it, what now ?
I already wrote it
best thing is make a screenshot and post the screenshot
No if you look into the arduino IDE you should be able to choose COM5
It is there ofc, but i meaned that i dont see the port in ,,This computer” on you PC you know ? Like if you connect a flash drive
Why would you want it to see as an external drive?
In the uploading process there is a short moment where you can see it as an external drive but this is just a short moment.
maybe for working with micropython this is nescessary but not for Arduino-IDE / C++
Are you now able to upload code?
Yes it uploads all the time but the display show nothing. I need to see it because i read on a site that raspberry pi pico W uploads are not working and i found a firmware file to fix it and i need to give it there. I found step by step guide
You have to be much more precise in what you write.
If you find it hard to write it more precise in english then I recommend that you write it in your native language and let do google translate the translation.
Which display? The old one or the new ordered one?
As far as I have seen you have a raspberry pico without Wifi
Why would you do something with whatever files that are for a Raspberry pi picoWIFI ?
If uploading really works you don't need any firmware-update
post the link of this step by step guide
How do you ever want to finish this project in time if you try to be quick by posting too short
just causing time-wasting because I have to ask back?
Okay, sorry, I can speak English normally, but these are sometimes such expressions that I can't even remember how to say or write them and write them differently.
By that display I meant the new one, I tried both but neither one worked.
I'm already trying everything because I'm desperate and I'm also losing my nerve, it's especially noticeable today. I'm sorry if it's somehow visible in the writing style.
I can't find that link anymore, but it doesn't matter if it was on a Raspberry pi pico W and I have a Raspberry Pi Pico RP2 model
Post pictures of both sides of the display
Ok looks good so far
What does the serial monitor show if you upload the I2C-scanner sketch?
post the sketch
and
Post what is printed to the serial monitor
What do you think about doing a anydesk remote-session.
Do you know what anydesk is and how it works?
So i tried that your code and it wrote this :
Wire.beginTransmission(21) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(22) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(23) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(24) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(25) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(26) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(27) result=1
Wire.beginTransmission(28) result=1
I think that the problem will either be in a wrongly set board in the arduino or it will be the arduino. Maybe the version you have would work for me. I guess I'll try it
I have no clue.
AnyDesk establishs a connection between two computers under two conditions:
You must have started the AnyDesk software.
Without staring it nothing is possible
You must allow the other computer to establish the connection.
either through inviting or through accepting a request
Once the connection is established I can see your computer-screen and can move your mouse and type on the keyboard
In parallel we could be using the phones to communicate
So what do you think. Should we do a AnyDesk-remote session ?
I tried that Arduino version 1.8.19. I put the ping pong game code in there and when I tried to verify the code, it said this

I'll look into more info about the Anydesk and let you know, we can tomorrow evening if you have time. I will text here as i get home from school
It is a warning but no error.
It depends on you how fast we proceed. I would recommend to go on this evening
