When I try transfer my code into my Arduino UNO R3 compatible It doesn't work and comes up with this:

Sketch uses 1,030 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32,256 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2,039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.

Why didn't you post this question in the "Installation & Troubleshooting" section?

Why didn't you enclose your error message in code tags as described in "How to use this forum"?

Which port have you got selected in the IDE ?
Which board have you got selected in the IDE ?

Usually caused by something plugged into pins 1 and/or 2. The usb uses these pins to exchange data, so if you put an LED on one of them you will get this. You have to unplug while you upload new code.
