There is one for Android called ArduinoDroid, but I couldn't imagine trying to use it on a phone screen. It works well enough on my tablet with external keyboard though. That said, I don't even know if AWOL's phone is Android based, and it isn't his responsibility to load other people's sketches just to see what the error codes are.
