@gerivega Thanks for going to the trouble, such as it was, of putting your code in the wokwi simulator and actually (I assume) testing it for proper function.
I hadn't seen the link, so in a hurry was I to copy and paste your example into the wokwi sketch I was working with - same hardware, so very simple.
Which is my long winded thumbs up for the wokwi simulator. There are a few things for which real hardware is preferable if not essential, and natch no sending anything to the Moon if you can do more and better confirmation of function before doing.
But for many many things, the only real problem is that wokwi prolongs the time in the chair if you never have to get up to fetch an LED or switch…
I looked at simulators some time ago, none caught my fancy. Wokwi.com is very good already and nowhere to go but better.
