I'm new to arduino and I'm trying to transmit infrared light to the infrared sensor. But I don't know which code is used to turn on the infrared led. I checked my sensor with the remote control and it work correctly.

It sounds like you are trying to emulate a remote control. Use a library like "IRremote" by Ken Shirriff or IRLib2 by Chris Young.
