Code wont function correctly (GSM Module)

Sorry, I did just try it but no change in outcome...

As soon as "GSM Initialised" is printed onto serial monitor the LED connected to pin 13 lights up and call is made.

I don't get why its reading pin 2 as High even when the switch is not depressed.
