Hi i am bulding a 8x8x8 led cube and i am following this: https://www.instructables.com/id/Led-Cube-8x8x8/

But i have some trubble with the coding and don't really understand the program used here. So i hoped i culd get some help here.

I am not a master at coding so please describe it and what it does if you are going to help me.
