I'm sure nobody on the Forum will object to you creating the program for your first item.

However. with regard to the second item, if there is a program on the Arduino to receive a GSM message I don't see how it would be possible to replace that program and still have the system work. What do you really want to do?

i mean that the GSM modem + UN board device should inform to me "i working fine in the coding message" every 12hous send sms
(this device installed on remote location for security per pose so every 12h send me message alert
so i can understand my device is working fine.(this device configure with pir +gsm 900 + Arduino board for security perpose)

That sounds like BlinkWithoutDelay with a 12 hour period. Are you familiar with the technique and the example of that name in the IDE ?

That should not be difficult.

I don't see why you mentioned "when i call to GSM modem connected with ardunio to start install program in ardunio" in your Original Post.
