Does anyone know of a support forum for Coldtears? I've searched around, but it's not clear how you actually get support.
Using their new 5.0 CPLD screen and having trouble dialing in the exact voltage. 4.8 V is not enough to power the touch functions and using Vin of 12V freaks it out. 5 Volts is also very unpredictable.

What is Coldtears? Anything like Coldfusion?
Their documentation is very good, but that is probably all you are going to get from ColdTears. I couldn't get a word out of them when I had problems. The best support is probably here.
You probably deserve all you get if you lean 12v against it but, if it clearly won't work on 5v as it is supposed to, you might try returning it. I didn't want to return mine, I just wanted advice.
