I am working with due board. I plan to collect 7000 samples in one analog input channel within 7000 microsecond using dma and convertion. After collecting the sample I want to make a graph having y axis the sampled value and x axis the time duration of each sample I.e 1 microsecond each . is there any readymade software which is arduino computable and make graph taking the value for both acis.

Sorry I was on leave. I have collected the samples and stored in the ram of due.now I need to plot the graph offline taking both the axis
So you need to transmit this data to a PC unless you have some sort of display for your Arduino. If you store the samples in CSV format on an SD card this could be as easy as pulling the SD card and sticking it in the PC and loading the data into Excel. Otherwise you'll have to write a program for the PC to be able to communicate with the Arduino via the Serial interface to get the data.
