COM Port increases after Upload in 1.6.8

Hello,
since i used 1.6.8 there is the following Problem.
Maybe it is the same like #3495 in 1.6.6 before.
If i start an Upload which is sucsessfull, my COM changes from COM7 to COM8.
If an Error occured during compilation, the COM stays at COM7.
I allway must change the COM-Port back to COM7 for Debuggung or a new Upload.
Are there any Ideas what to do?

I have an arduino micro. I think the problem was not there with the 1.6.7.
