Com port unuseual error

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

Hello world, I am fresh new in Arduino and GRBL
I hope I can find a help in here.

My first installation was good but I installed another bord which is not arduino, It came with mini laser called Wainlux and it usese a none GRBL software.
adter that my HP Z620 workstation desktop with windows 7, 64 bit does not recognizes Arduino Uno at all.
I included screen shot which is shows in System manager com10 but in Arduino ID shows as com2> lightburn shows all com ports but it gives a message : com port in use.
Plz help

Right click on the port in device manager (system manager) then click delete/uninstall, unplug the Arduino then restart your computer. once you are back in windows plug the Arduino back in.

I did many times, Also I make F8 on startup do diable system devises.
nothing
always the yellow mark on the com port and not showing Arduino ID
