Combine Rain Sensor and LDR sensor

Hi, who can help me for my final project to create rain sensor coding with ldr sensor.
The rain sensor will be detecting the presence of rain, and the ldr will be detecting the day is already night.
Both sensor will use for my automatic cloth hanger to move the hanger inside using dc gear motor. But ignore the dc gear motor first. Just assume it as buzzer or LED.

I will be using this type of DC gear motor to move my cloth hanger when it detect whether it is rain or the day already dark.
