# Combining Digital and Analog Ground

hi

is there a way, i can use the same ground-PIN for bith digital and analog connections? this is, because the ardunio board is physically seperated from the components and connected with a single cable. and the fewer cables i need inside that the easier is this to handle (i.e. a RJ45 is more flexible than a DVI with more cables inside).

All three ground pins on a standard Arduino board are connected together. Any of them can be used for analog and/or digital

hm, strange, you're right. when i tried it yesterday, it didnt work. i guess, it might just be something wrong with my breadboard, maybe put something in the wrong hole.

:) anyway, thanks
