Combining DRV8825 and Tb6600 into one CNC shield

I am building a 3 axis CNC machine right now. Currently, I use NEMA 23 with a Tb6600 driver for the x-axis (right and left, or one as the clone) and y-axis. I also use NEMA 17 with the DRV8825 driver for the z-axis. So, I have 3 NEMA 23 and 1 NEMA 17 stepper motors in total. I would like to ask a question here. Can I combine both in one CNC chield? I have experienced some trouble when running my machine so I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

3 axles, x, y and z. What is motor number 4 supposed to do?

As you can see in the picture above, there are 4 stepper motors labeled from 1 to 4. Stepper motor 1 and 2 are for the x-axis, 3 is for the z-axis, and 4 is for the y-axis. For that, I am going to clone one stepper motor on the x-axis.

That makes good sence. Making sure there's a way to synchronise the 2 x steppers might be good in case of any mishap during moving in x direction.

I don't know what the question is. Are you talking about using one of these CNC shield with the TB6600 drivers?
