2 - ) get ok - succes or failure - error code - messages.

for command promt or visual studio.

You might be interested by Visual Micro plugin for Visual Studio

More generally, the Arduino IDE (and Visual Micro) use avrdude to upload your compiled sketch to your arduino board.
