Communicating over the SPI

Hello and thank you for having a look.

Please, I would like to ask if anyone has some sample code of two Ardunio communicating to each other over SPI similar to Master/Slave over the I2C bus.

and a good tutorial here

If that lot doesn't help explain more, how fast, how many bytes, variable or fixed number of bytes etc.
