Communication arduino and nrf module via PC

Hello, i want to knwo how to communicat with arduino and nrf24l01 bluetooth with pc.
i want to send data and receive data from arduino to my pc.

You do not seem to understand that the NRF is NOT a bluetooth device and the bluetooth device is not a NRF.

They can NOT communicate.

So how i can communicate with the arduino sending and receiving data using nrf ??
with a long distance

First, define long distance. Is that the length of your arm? From New York to Tokyo? From Mars to Pluto?

Second, learn to use Google. There is a NRF library for the Arduino. Assuming, of course, that you have TWO of them.

For that distance, you will need the 100mW version, nRF2401L+PA+LNA, and directional high gain antennas at both ends of the link. You will need to first get your sketch running using the examples included in the nRF library and the minimum power level with the supplied antennas. If the RF units are too close together, the receiver function will be overloaded. EBay has many sellers of these units.
