Please show the link to your sensor module. The one that I found in the net needs a 3v3 power. Connecting it to 5v you can destroy the sensor.
Next - running the SoftwareSerial on baudrate above 19200 is not guaranteed. Lower the sensor baudrate or (better) use the hardware serial instead.
