I am looking for a long-range communication module similar to LoRa, RF or 433MHz modules. I have already worked with SX1278 and NRF24L01, but they have limited range and require a clear line of sight for transmission, which is not ideal for my application.
I need a module that:
Can transmit and receive data over long distances (farther than SX1278 and NRF24L01),Does not require a clear line of sight, Supports voice transmission.
If anyone knows of RF modules or other solutions that meet these requirements, please share your recommendations!
Hi, my name is mikey! I have worked with a Arduino for the past couple years! I think a good solution to your problem would be using a Arduino giga r1 wifi. that is because it comes with an antenna. although it would require some programming and is expensive, I think it would be good in the long run. BUT if you tell me what project you are making then I may have another suggestion.
Consumer grade, Arduino compatible radio modules that operate above about 30 MHz are line of sight only. Voice transmission is nearly out of the question.
