Communication of One Central Device and More than One Peripheral Device

Does the ArduinoBLE library support connection and communication between one central device and more than one peripheral device?
And how could it be implemented?

Bluetooth LE is a protocol that has been designed to connect and disconnect at will to save power. The central device is free to connect read the data it wants and disconnect. Then move on to the next peripheral.

You would need to find a way to remember specific devices.

You could hard code the UUID or address and then use the specific scanForAddress() and scanForUuid() function instead of the simple scan.

Or you create some application level "pairing" scheme (not to confuse with Bluetooth secure pairing, which currently is not supported by the BLE library), where you store the address you found during a normal scan in a variable or EEPROM and then connect directly just like in case one.
