Communication with Nextion Display

Hello.
I getting some strange issue.

I create small protect. ESP32 + Nextion 3,2 + DHT22 sensor and relay
Using Nextion display I control relays.
To communicate with the display I'm using Serial, no external lib

On display, I do have 3 buttons. Buttons send command to esp32
From time to time, not constant, ESP restarts or go to an error in button pres moment

Try to understand what is reason I did put Serial.print() command in the display read function
as result, I did get

From display, I'm sending string like
VENT_OFF|&

Can some one identify a reason of error.
